Issuer agent
At the affiliation of a company to Euroclear Sweden, an issuing agent must be engaged. The issuing agent is a bank or securities broker, which is an account operator at Euroclear Sweden. An issuing agent is used for the planning, execution and processing of issues and even supports the company with general advice.
