Under the headings ”Customise the general meeting ” and ”Managing dividend in cash” in the left menu you can read more about how a general meeting register of shareholders or dividend can be ordered from Euroclear Sweden. You can also find information on what is important to consider prior to a general meeting such as time schedule etc.The general meeting register of shareholders also contains information about own/repurchased shares. However, this is only possible if the issuer has informed us about which shares are repurchased when ordering the general meeting register of shareholders.
Note that we cannot produce general meeting registers of shareholders if the record date has passed.
