Recommendations from ESCB/CESR
The European System of Central Banks (ESCB) and the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) present in its report "Recommendations for Securities Settlement Systems In the European Union May 2009" 19 recommendations which should be fulfilled by a securities settlement system. Sveriges Riksbank and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority have jointly assessed the clearing operations of Euroclear Sweden AB towards these recommendations.
