Order artificial customer code

An artificial code is needed in the book-entry system for identification if the rights holder does not have a Finnish personal identity code or a business identity code.

An artificial customer code can be ordered if the case is:

• Finnish community or foundation with no business code
• foreign person, community or foundation
• Finnish natural person with no identity number yet (for example newborn)
• estate, whose deceased has dead before year 1971

Also notice the following matters:

• has any code already been applied to customer?
• does the customer have identity number or business code?
• same code can´t belong to two customers (for example a married couple)
• customer´s representative can´t be on customer´s name (for example M.M. as trustee of M.A.)
