Open and use an account

You can also open an account by visiting Central Securities Depository's Customer Account Services at Urho Kekkosen katu 5 C, Helsinki.

The brochure Finnish Central Securities Depository's services provided as a book-entry account operator and its appendices should be carefully read before opening a book-entry account. Print and save the brochure and its appendices. The brochure and its appendices should be kept safe. Please find the documents from the menu on right side.

Enclosures
The following documentation must be enclosed to the account agreement when you open an account.

• personal accounts: a certified photocopy of an identity document (passport)
• company accounts: please contact Customer Account Services

Notifying changes in personal data
Any changes in account particulars must be notified in writing. An account agreement form can be used to notify other changes in data. Tick the option in the form to notify changes in data and insert your name, personal identity number and the changed data in the appropriate places. Unchanged data need not be inserted. You can also write in the space for additional information. A change of address can be notified by filling the form below.

Closing the account
The account agreement form can also be used to close an account. Tick the option for account closure and insert the account holder's name and personal identity number. You can post the signed form to Finnish Central Securities Depository, Customer Account Services, P.O. Box 1110, 00101 Helsinki, Finland.
