One step closer to harmonised participation

Euroclear Sweden and Euroclear Finland has a common application instruction for participation together with a description of the different alternatives for affiliation. Euroclear Sweden and Euroclear Finland have harmonised its requirements for participation and also coordinated the process for handling applications as far as possible, taking into account differences in national legislation and technical systems. The purpose of the harmonisation is to facilitate an affiliation to either Euroclear Sweden and Euroclear Finland.
 
The following system roles are possible for a participant affiliated to Euroclear Finland:
  • Clearing participant
  • Issuer agent
  • Account operator
