Issuer Agent
An issuer agent is an issuer’s manager, who acts in the OM System and to whom has been assigned special responsibilities and who has been accepted by Euroclear Finland. An issuer can appoint one issuer agent per corporate action.An issuer agent has to have a status of an account operator or a status of an agent of an account operator accepted by Euroclear Finland.
An issuer agent receives corporate actions related reporting services from Euroclear Finland.
