Ban on direct marketing

Euroclear Finland maintains certain information about companies incorporated into the Finnish book-entry system. The information contains:
• shareholder registers
• waiting lists

Shareholder register and waiting list are public information
According to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act (624/2006), chapter 4 section 5, everyone shall have the right to peruse the shareholder register and the waiting list in the premises of the Central Securities Depository. Copies of the shareholder register and the waiting list, or parts thereof, are therefor provided for a fee.

Non-disclosure request
A non-disclosure requests sent to Population Information System or to any other equivalent register is not updated in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland.

If you don’t wish your personal data to be to be used for direct marketing or for market research and opinion polls, you can send a non-disclosure request to us. The non-disclosure covers all companies incorporated in the book-entry system. However, companies may mail company related material to their shareholders.    
The non-disclosure request can be sent to us either by email or by mail. You find the email and mailing address in the column to the right.

The non-disclosure request should include
• name
• date of birth
• address
